Declaration of Faith
Our doctrine is grounded solely in the Bible – fourteen core convictions that carry everything we live and proclaim.
"Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation."
2 Peter 1:20–21
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
Matthew 28:19
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out."
Acts 3:19
Through faith in the redemptive work of Jesus, a person is renewed and becomes a citizen of God's kingdom:
"…being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus."
Romans 3:24
"…not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life."
Titus 3:5–7
"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord."
Hebrews 12:14
"…as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation."
1 Peter 1:15
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."
Acts 2:38
"…and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."
Acts 2:4
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
Matthew 28:19
"Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him."
James 5:14–16
"For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you."
John 13:12–14
At that time, believers who have died will be raised first and caught up together with the living saints to meet Him in the air. Christ will then reign on earth for a thousand years.
1 Thessalonians 4:15–17
"Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; when he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe, in that day."
2 Thessalonians 1:9–10
